Return & Refund Policy
At Bookaholic Store, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, we want you to have a good experience, so we will gladly assist you in the following situations:
Damages, Errors, or Lost Packages
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your order arrived damaged
- Your order is lost in transit (tracking does not show as delivered)
In any of these cases, please email us at bookaholic.store.2019@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue (if applicable)
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Items marked as delivered (including stolen or missing packages after delivery)
- Sale items or gift cards
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Bookaholic Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you are concerned about package security, we recommend choosing a secure delivery location.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will evaluate your case.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original condition and packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
